9D Breathwork guides you through alpha (relaxed), theta (deep healing), and delta (restorative) brain states, creating a holistic experience that reduces stress, supports emotional release, and encourages personal growth.

Step‑by‑step guidance through the entire journey, including:

Pre‑registration is required for all group sessions which includes completion of Intake Form and Liability waiver sent upon booking a session.
If you need to eat beforehand, choose a light meal at least one hour before your session. Be sure to hydrate well in advance so you can stay fully present throughout the journey.
Wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing, as your body temperature may shift during breathwork.

You’ll be lying on your back for about an hour, so create a setup that supports ease and unrestricted breathing.
