As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Energy Practitioner, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds on their paths to wellness for over 15 years.
My expertise spans across various settings, from long-term care facilities to working with veterans, individuals with differing abilities, and those navigating mental health challenges. With a compassionate approach, I utilize emotional release modalities and exercises, particularly beneficial for individuals with trauma histories or those seeking healthy emotional outlets.
